Our Job Aids Package consists of tools you can use everyday in your job as a manager. From our Job Descriptions package to the Discipline Penalty Assesment Program we have you covered in all the VMA job aids. We constantly receive questions and requests for information and resources concerning issues impacting on agencies’ policies and practices. In response, the on-line E-Precinct Learning and Resource Center has been developed. As a subscriber, you will have access to a body of knowledge and resources not available anywhere else - - at any cost.
